Mummy.
It's been some time since I last wrote here. & incidentally tonight is a perfect day.
I've been feeling for her & she is a lady I respect. Not for the fact she is my mum nor she's an elderly. She has been a pillar of hope and joy, pain and noise, love and more warmth.
If she every reads this, i don't know. But since it's my avenue of saying a little something, here:
To my mum:
Thank you for everything you did.
I remember how i told you i was afraid to die when asthma hit hard one very night and you said I'll be fine.
I remember how you hugged me when i lost my confidence and my results plunged in primary5 and many other years till recent.
I recall how you gave me advice and i turned a deaf year because i thought i was always right, but i wasn't.
Right now i know it isn't the easiest time for you & I'd be there because you'll be awesome.
God bless & thank you.
The Manifesto. Out.
